I own 128 houses after years of sleeping on a verandah – Kennedy Agyapong
Maverick politician, Kennedy Agyapong has revealed that he owns a total of 128 houses despite his rough start in life where he used to sleep on a verandah anticipating the sunlight of the next day.
He has therefore advised the youth that irrespective of where and when they were born, it is possible for each person to change his destiny if he or she is committed to it in life.
Sharing his life story at a public event in a video sighted by MyNewsGh.com, he disclosed that he was not bragging about his successes in life but needed to tell the story of how he slept on a verandah but kept going.
“We need to share experiences. The reason why I say I have 128 houses is the fact that someone will not tell you he used to sleep in a verandah. Someone will say I am bragging but I need to let you know the real story. I am sharing my life experience with you to encourage you. No matter where you were born, the family you were born in, if you are serious, you can change your destiny”, he advised.
The New Patriotic Party (NPP) firebrand entreated rich parents to stop pampering their children and teach them home sense which will guide them when they die or lose their businesses.
He indicated that the majority of rich mothers shower their children with all the goodies in life without teaching them how to make life on their own.
Mr Agyapong observed that the majority of children of rich parents struggle to make a living when their parents die attributing this to poor training in their various homes.
